1. Compensation before valve
The pre-valve compensation means that the compensation valve is installed between the hydraulic pump and the multi-way valve,
and the output flow and pressure of the hydraulic pump are adjusted by detecting the difference between the outlet pressure of the
hydraulic pump and the inlet pressure of the multi-way valve, so that it can adapt to the needs of the load. When the load increases,
the inlet pressure of the multi-way valve increases, and the compensation valve will reduce the output flow and pressure of the
hydraulic pump to keep the difference between the inlet pressure of the multi-way valve and the outlet pressure of the hydraulic
pump constant; When the load is reduced, the inlet pressure of the multi-way valve is reduced, and the compensation valve will
increase the output flow and pressure of the hydraulic pump to maintain the difference between the inlet pressure of the multi-way
valve and the outlet pressure of the hydraulic pump
2. Compensation after valve
After the valve compensation means that the compensation valve is installed between the multi-way valve and the hydraulic actuator,
and the difference between the load pressure of the hydraulic actuator and the outlet pressure of the multi-way valve is detected to
adjust the spool opening of the multi-way valve and make it adapt to the demand of the load.
When the load increases, the load pressure of the hydraulic actuator increases, and the compensation valve will reduce the spool
opening of the multi-way valve to keep the difference between the load pressure of the hydraulic actuator and the outlet pressure
of the multi-way valve constant: when the load decreases, the load pressure of the hydraulic actuator decreases, and the compensation
valve will increase the spool opening of the multi-way valve. To keep the difference between the load pressure of the hydraulic actuator
and the outlet pressure of the multiway valve constant.
